What to expect...

Make stunning hand carved silver jewellery using the ancient 'Lost Wax' carving technique.

This jewellery making technique is over 6,000 years old and still used today! At your workshop, you will be in complete creative control, able to design whatever you like on your piece, whether it's a fingerprint, carved leaf or mountain or even your name!

There will be examples to show you incase you're stuck for choice, but paper and pencils are provided to draw up a little design first.

Your host, Mary, will help you along the way with guidance when needed and tips to help you create a beautiful keepsake. The wax carvings will be cast in 100% recycled sterling silver, so it'll sparkle and shine forevermore! There's no need to buy fast fashion jewellery ever again.

The carving process is truly calming, and alongside some drinks and good company, the lost wax carving workshop is a wonderful experience. Once the carved pieces have been finished, your host will send them off to be cast in silver. The casting/polishing process takes only 3 weeks, and your ring will be ready to pick up from the venue again just 20 days after your workshop.
